🌟 Meet the Founder: Jing Aclan
Co-Founder & Head of Innovation & Technology, AgiLab PH

“I was a full-time employee who wanted to start a business — but I knew how hard it was to balance both.”

Jing’s journey began with a dream familiar to many Filipinos: building extra income while managing a demanding career. Her pursuit led her to the Asian Institute of Management, where she took up a Master in Innovation and Business, and met KC, her future co-founder.

There, she learned from brilliant professors and mentors; lessons that changed her mindset, but also made her realize: these insights are often out of reach for working professionals like her.

With her lifelong learning mindset, Jing co-designed AgiLab to be that missing bridge, connecting full-time employees to the knowledge, tools, and mentorship they need to turn their business ambitions into reality.
