Tonight reminded us that each of us carries a Main Character Energy — not just during the holidays, not just during our victories, but in every season of our lives. 🥰
Like the Christmas story where greatness began in a humble manger, our own main character moments often start quietly — in small decisions, in daily discipline, in choosing to grow even when no one is watching.🤩
May we, as members of the Managers for Christ Toastmasters Club under the leadership of Pres Jennifer Iris, continue to embrace our roles with confidence, purpose, and grace — whether we’re in a season of celebration, challenge, or change. Because the story we write today becomes the inspiration someone else needs tomorrow.💪😊
Thank you everyone and thanks to our guest GE Alvin for being part of tonight’s meaningful meeting.
See you in our next session!
Be part of the Toastmasters club, pm is the key 🗝️

Talking about solving the variables of life with our guests from three different clubs. TM Gelo from HOLA TMC as our GE, TM Paris from the Pioneer Comminicators TMC who made the theme "Beyond the Variables" meaningful through Table Topics, as our Topics Master, and TM Emy from the IAME TMC as our Table Topics Evaluator.
Who says math is only for the numbers? The session proved that reasoning and solving can also be applied in speeches that would help others adapt to the variables of life.
Let us talk more and learn the power of speech on our next session. This will be on Oct 4 at 2-4pm. This is a hybrid session. Message us on Facebook for more details.

We have started our Christmas Countdown last September 4 with our special guests from the Speak with Confidence Toastmasters Club. TM Dolly as our General Evaluator, and Pres. Leon as our Topics Master.
The session was extra merry with our three prepared speeches. Like Christmas preparations, we had some tangle in our tinsel on taking and exchanging roles but we are Toastmasters who would rise above it.
We had fun learning digital financing, Christmas beliefs and DTM Fred's glimpse of being a husband, as we toast for his birthday.
Truly a session with a lot of celebrations. Making Christmas a feeling and not just a season!
Join us on our next session on Sep 18 at 7-9pm via zoom. You may drop your comment or questions anytime.

A fresh-pective session for our first meeting for the 2025-2026 term.
We were able to hear the speech of our freshest member TM Carl, who is an introvert until the mic is on. 😉
To our guest General Evaluator from the Achievers Toastmasters Club and currently the Area 1 Director of Division P, TM Wins. Thank you for encouraging our club to take advantage of learning from our DTMs, who patiently guides the starting members of the club and shares practical tips that help speedup our public speaking skills.
Fresh start does not mean starting all over again, it can be as simple as being better of what we do. A reset of mindset.
Let us continue to learn from each other. See you on August 7 at 7pm-9pm via zoom.

Ito na, nangyari na nga... 🙃
As I assumed the role of President for this amazing club, one of my first worries was this: What if two events fall on the same day? Do I need to be like a manananggal just to be present at both?
Well, it happened. Our Toastmasters meeting and my basketball championship were scheduled at the exact same time. Thankfully, our seasoned and dedicated leaders had my back. Thank you DTM Fred, DTM Jeck, DTM Weng, DTM Janette, AD Rina, VP Arlene, Incoming Pres Jen, our rising star Atty. JR, and to all of you who supported me throughout this rollercoaster ride.😉☺️
This leadership journey taught me something important: flexibility. That’s the beauty of servant leadership—you show up, even when your calendar says “Fully Booked.”👌
To my beloved club members, thank you for bearing with me when I kept moving our meeting dates from the usual 1st and 3rd Thursdays to… well… whenever my schedule allowed. 😅 Sometimes 2nd, sometimes 4th. What mattered most? We still made it happen.
There were nights I was running on empty—exhausted, brain-fried—but I reminded myself: Leadership isn’t about always being ready. It’s about being willing. Even when we’re drained, we press on.
And oh, the challenges we faced! Sometimes, it felt like “Mission: Impossible” to find a guest Guest Evaluator (GE). But guess what? God provides. Thanks to the effort and networks of our members, miracles showed up right on time. Sometimes, only five members would attend. And guess what again? Nag-meeting pa rin tayo! No GE? No problem. Because what we had was heart.❤️
That’s what Managers for Christ Toastmasters Club is known for—heart, faith, and grit.💪💪💪
Our shared vision isn’t just a slogan. It’s a mission: To help equip managers to become effective Christian leaders, communicators, and influencers.
And yes—influencer na ako. Not the TikTok kind (yet!), but the kind that uplifts, leads, and hopefully inspires.🤩🤗😉
Before I end, let me share my personal motto:
“At kung hindi ako kikibo, sino ang kikibo?
Kung hindi ako ang kikilos, sino ang kikilos?
At kung hindi ngayon… kailan pa?”🥰💪
To our incoming set of officers, led by our very own TM Jen Rico—your time starts now. Take the torch. Embrace the chaos. Enjoy the coffee. Lead with heart, humor, and purpose. Rain or shine. Tired or inspired. Five or fifty attendees—just show up. Because this club needs your presence, your leadership, and your voice.🙌🙌🙌
Signing off as President ... but will continue to lead, to love, and to speak life.
Maraming salamat, and let’s speak to serve with a bang—Managers For Christ, God bless us all!🙏🤩🥰
Yours truly,
Pres Jp, 2024-2025

What an uplifting and enriching evening we’ve had!
Tonight’s theme for the Managers for Christ Toastmasters Club, “Rain or Shine: Speaking Through All Seasons,” reminded us that our voice is not limited by mood, season, or circumstance. We’ve witnessed how resilience, honesty, and authenticity shine through in every speech and every role.😍
Thank you to all our speakers, evaluators, and to our back-to-back role takers (DTM Jeck, VP Arlene, TM JR, TM Jen and to our guest DTM James ). You’ve proven that communication is not just about saying the right words—it’s about showing up, rain or shine, with purpose and presence. 💪🙂
As we go back to our own daily journeys, let’s bring with us the reminder that every season—sunny or stormy—is a chance to speak life, truth, and hope.
Until our next meeting, keep speaking, keep growing, and remember: Your voice matters—through all seasons.😎
Thank you, and God bless🙏
