TASKS:

• Create and maintain chart of accounts;
• Ability to analyze and records transactions in Quickbooks;
• Conduct bank reconciliations;
• Prepare checks for disbursements;
• Ensure payments to vendors and government remittances are on time;
• Prepare Cash Position for Management;
• Prepare fund requests for Budgeting;
• Knowledgeable in tax compliance (Alphalist, SLS, SLP)
• Develop and maintain the necessary process documentations and ensure these are updated at all times.
• Assist and provide data needed by the auditors during audit process;
• Prepare year-end Annualization;
• Prepare Financial Statements;
• Assess the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and accounting records;

REQUIREMENTS:
• Can start asap
• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, CPA preferred.
• 1-2 years of financial experience in General Accounting.
• Preferably with tax and compliance background.
• Knowledgeable in Quickbooks.
• Strong interpersonal skills-ability to communicate to all levels in the organization and across functions.
• Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to consistently meet tight deadline and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to perform multi task and balance priorities.
• Strong analytical and business problem solving skills
