We’re hiring a Japanese Language Program Coordinator to take on a Program Head role at PJ Link Language Center in Makati, Philippines! 🇯🇵🇵🇭

Location: Makati | Full-Time Employment
Visa Sponsorship Available for Qualified Native Japanese Candidates

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Teach Nihongo (Beginner to Advanced)
✅ Lead and develop the Nihongo program and curriculum
✅ Mentor and manage Nihongo instructors
✅ Plan teacher training and improve instructional quality
✅ Monitor and report learners’ progress
✅ Oversee class scheduling and evaluations
✅ Prepare for the final day of the program
✅ Collaborate with management and support marketing efforts

Qualifications:
✔ Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N2 holder
✔ 5+ years of teaching experience
✔ Experienced in Irodori, Try!, or e-Try
✔ Proficient in Japanese and English (business-level)
✔ Strong leadership and classroom management skills
✔ Experience abroad or TOEIC 700+ is a plus for native speakers
