Welcoming 2026 is like watching a new series.

We don’t quite know what the next episode will bring. Some parts may feel like adventure, others like action, romance, or even comedy. There will be moments of excitement and joy, and others that stretch us through uncertainty, highs and lows, wins and waiting.

But as each episode unfolds, I’m reminded of one steady truth: we are not the ones running the show.

The Lord is the Director, the Producer, the Scriptwriter and the Main Character of our story. Not us—but Him.

Our role isn’t to control the plot, but to trust the One who sees the whole season from beginning to end.

As we step into 2026, may we watch—and walk—this new series with faith, openness, and trust in the Author who continues to write our narrative and who never wastes a scene.
