PAPUNTA NA AKO!
Pero nasaan ka na talaga?
Iba-iba talaga ang kahulugan ng linyang ‘to, depende sa kausap.
May tatlong classic types ng communicator pagdating dito:
1. Paasa
Sasabihin, “on the way na,” pero nagsusuklay pa. Minsan nga naliligo pa! Magaling mangako, pero mabagal ang galaw. Mahilig magsabi ng gusto mong marinig… kahit hindi pa totoo sa moment.
2. Palusot King/Queen (Drawing)
Laging may dahilan: traffic, may naiwan, biglang may emergency… pero in reality, hindi pa talaga umaalis. Minsan hindi sinasadya — baka disorganized lang o sanay sa Filipino time.
3. Kabute
Walang update, walang chat, biglang "Nandito na ako!" Parang multo — sumusulpot na lang. Surprise! Di mo alam kung matutuwa ka o maiinis.

Bakit nga ba kinatatakutan ang Friday the 13th?
Dati pa, sinasabi na malas daw ang number 13 kasi after ng “perfect” number 12 siya. like 12 months in a year, 12 signs of the zodiac, and 12 disciples. So 13 felt like an “extra” or “wrong” number, which made people uncomfortable.
Tapos, malas din daw ang Friday sa ilang religious beliefs because it’s said to be the day Jesus died.
Others believed big bad events happened on a Friday, so it got a bad reputation too kaya nung pinagsama, naging unlucky day raw ang Friday the 13th.
Mas naging kilala pa ito nung lumabas ang horror movie na Friday the 13th noong 1980. Si Jason, yung may maskara at machete? Ayun, lalong kinatakutan.
Pero sa totoo lang, sa ibang kultura, swerte ang 13 at Friday pa nga ang day of love and blessings.
Kaya kung ako sa’yo, wag kang matakot. Gawing lucky day ang Friday the 13th.

2.You deserve rest and care.
Your well-being matters just as much as your responsibilities.
3. Know yourself, set boundaries.
Socrates said, “Know thyself.” Learn your limits. It’s okay to say no, to pause, and to take time for YOU.
4. Take small steps to refill your cup:
✅️Talk to someone you trust
✅️Practice deep breathing or mindfulness
✅️Say, “I matter” every day
✅️Set one small boundary this week
5. You are not alone.
If you’re struggling, seek help from a counselor or support group. Asking for help is a sign of strength.
Remember!
Taking care of yourself is not selfish.
It’s necessary.
You are worthy of love, rest, and peace.

Minsan kahit ibigay mo na ang lahat, kulang pa rin para sa iba.
Pero hindi ikaw ang problema. Hindi mo kailangang pilitin ang sarili mong ipaglaban ang mga taong hindi marunong magpahalaga.
Patuloy kang mag-grow. Mag-heal. Darating ang tamang panahon, may taong makakakita sa tunay mong halaga at mamahalin ka nang buo, walang pag-aalinlangan.
