URGENT HIRING!

The HR & Admin Assistant will be working with a duly registered Filipino entity engaged in providing full-service and professional Property and Facilities Management.

Position Title: HR and Admin Assistant
Pay Range: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Work Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Work Location: Mandaluyong
Supplemental Pay: 13th Month Pay with HMO Benefit
Job type: Full-time

Job Description:

1. Assist in HR services mainly on recruitment and selection processes including but not limited to longlisting, and coordination of exams interviews.
2. Set up and maintain an HR filing system in compliance with the Company policies, and procedures. This includes personal, medical, and educational files.
3. Set up and maintain digital files including job descriptions, policies and procedures, and resumes.
4. Ensure accuracy and timely submission of timesheets from staff. Also, cross-check and maintain records for leave, holiday, and vacation time.
5. Assist with the development and implementation of new approaches, policies and procedures, and HR forms to continually improve HR practices and administrative procedures.
6. Participate in HR department meetings and contribute to HR-related decision-making processes.
7. Assist with HR correspondence both in writing and via telephone.
8. Help in maintaining the employee directory.

Qualification requirements:

1. Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Demonstrated excellent personal integrity and confidentiality
5. Strong organizational and time management skills
6. Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
