✨ Feeling tired all the time?
One of the most common things I hear from midlife women is:
"I don't know why I'm so exhausted."
Often, it's not because they're doing something wrong.
They're juggling work, family, ageing parents, household responsibilities, and everyone else's needs.
For years, they've learned to push through.
But eventually, the body starts asking for attention.
The answer isn't always another supplement, diet, or health hack.
Sometimes it's understanding what your body needs right now.
Midlife is not your body failing you.
It's your body asking you to listen differently.
đź’› You are not alone.
What is one thing your body has been asking for lately?

I’ve been quiet on social media for the past month.
Caregiving fatigue caught up with me, and I needed time to rest, reset, and reflect.
What surprised me most was how much I had started to associate my coaching work with caring for someone else. Even though I love what I do, I simply didn’t have the capacity to keep giving.
I kept telling myself I should get back to work.
But my mind and body had other plans.
A dear friend and executive coach, , encouraged me to take on “side quests”—activities unrelated to my business that brought me joy. Those small moments of accomplishment and creativity slowly helped restore my energy.
One humbling lesson: having the tools doesn’t make us immune.
As a health coach, I thought I was equipped to handle caregiving fatigue. Yet, I found myself struggling too.
Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is stop pushing and give ourselves permission to rest.
If you’re in a season of exhaustion, what has helped you refill your cup? 💛
