SECRETARY

We are looking for a highly competent SECRETARY to join our company.
Responsibilities:
Manage phone calls, identifying important calls for superiors
Email management: sort and organize emails effectively, forwarding those that require special attention
Manage schedules and meetings, handling logistics when necessary, including travel, visa, and other relevant documents
Prepare reports and perform research when needed
Facilitate processing of documents such as mails, invoices, etc.
Oversee proper filing system, office operations and inventory

Qualifications
Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant field
Ideally with experience as Secretary, but fresh graduates are welcome
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant tools
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to details
Must be willing to work onsite (office based) in BGC

Salary: Above minimum, commensurate with qualifications
