Completion rates show who reached the end.

Learner satisfaction, on the other hand, tells a different story. It reflects whether people felt supported, stayed engaged, and believed the training helped them make meaningful progress.

This year, more than 19,000 learners shared feedback on their Berlitz experience.

The results:

✔️ 98.04% reported being satisfied with their training.

✔️ 88.3% gave us the highest possible satisfaction rating: very satisfied.

For us, these numbers are a strong sign that the learning experience delivers value beyond simply completing a course.

Our native language shapes the way we pronounce sounds, use grammar, and even the mistakes we are most likely to make. But none of that should stop us from speaking.

That feeling? In Filipino, there's a word for it: kilig.

Some people compare it to having butterflies in their stomach. It's close, but if you ask a Filipino, they'll probably tell you that kilig is just... kilig.

That's one of the things we love about languages. Some words capture feelings in a way that no direct translation ever could.

This Buwan ng Wika 🇵🇭, we're celebrating Filipino words that make our language so rich and expressive.
