In support of the Commission’s commitment under the ACHIEVE Agenda to promote graduate employability, responsiveness of higher education programs, and evidence-based policy development, requesting to please fill in the CHED SCHOLARS/GRANTS TRACER SURVEY FORM to graduates who were beneficiaries of CHED scholarship and student financial assistance programs granted during Award Year 2019 and 2021, hence, the respondents of this survey are the graduates from AY 2022-2023 to AY 2025-2026. RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL JULY 31, 2026.
The tracer survey aims to gather relevant data on the employment status, career pathways, further studies, and professional experiences of CHED scholar-graduates. Specifically, the survey seeks to determine the alignment and matching of graduates’ acquired competencies and skills with current labor market demands and employment opportunities. The results of the survey shall provide valuable inputs in assessing the effectiveness and relevance of scholarship programs, improving policy directions, and strengthening the linkage between higher education and workforce requirements.
