𝙎𝙏𝘼𝙏𝙀 𝙊𝙁 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙎𝘾𝙃𝙊𝙊𝙇 𝘼𝘿𝘿𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙎 (𝙎𝙊𝙎𝘼) 2026 | 𝙎𝙐𝘾𝘾𝙀𝙎𝙎𝙁𝙐𝙇𝙇𝙔 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝘿𝙐𝘾𝙏𝙀𝘿
Alhamdulillah! The State of the School Address (SOSA) 2026 by our very own School Principal 𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙝𝙖𝙩𝙖 𝘽. 𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙨, 𝘼𝙡-𝙃𝙖𝙙𝙟𝙖 was successfully held last August 07, 2026 at the Sarmiento West Covered Court.
The SOSA is a vital platform for transparency, accountability, and collaboration. It serves to present the school's accomplishments, challenges, financial reports, and future plans, while strengthening the partnership between the school, parents, stakeholders, and the community towards quality and inclusive education.
We are deeply honored by the presence and support of our esteemed guests and partners in education, our service-oriented Vice Mayor, 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙑𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙧 𝘼𝙗𝙙𝙪𝙡 𝘼𝙯𝙞𝙯 𝙏. 𝘼𝙡𝙞, who delivered his message of support, also 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡𝙤𝙧 𝙏𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙗 𝘽. 𝘼𝙗𝙤 𝙄𝙄𝙄 was present, our supportive and dedicated 𝙊𝙄𝘾-𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡𝙨 𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙄𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙝𝙞𝙢 𝙀𝙢𝙗𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙋𝙝𝘿 who gives inspirational message, 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙙𝙤𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙧 𝙈𝙖'𝙖𝙢 𝙅𝙪𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙚𝙡 𝙈𝙪𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙗, BLGU officials headed by 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙑𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙤 with 𝙆𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙙 𝘼𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙖 𝘼𝙗𝙖𝙨 and 𝙆𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙙 𝘽𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙖 𝙈𝙖𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙖 and 𝙎𝙆 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙆𝙚𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙩𝙝 𝙏𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣 𝙋𝙤𝙗𝙧𝙚.
Also one of the highlight of the program was the Oath Taking of the Newly Elected PSG Officers headed by President 𝙂𝙖𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙡 𝙍𝙮𝙖𝙣 𝙇. 𝘽𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙖, who pledged their commitment to execute their duties.

𝙎𝙖𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙒𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙀𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙨 𝙎𝙄𝙋 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙧 2026-2028.
TODAY— Sarmiento West Elementary School (SWES) successfully conducted its School Improvement Plan (SIP) Consultation today, July 28, 2026, 1:00pm at the Principal's Office of the school.
The consultation was spearheaded by the school head, 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐁. 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐬, 𝐀𝐥-𝐇𝐚𝐝𝐣𝐚 together with the members of the School Planning Team (SPT).
The activity was participated in by key stakeholders, including Barangay Officials 𝙆𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙙 𝘼𝙣𝙞𝙗𝙖 𝘼𝙗𝙖𝙨, 𝙆𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙙 𝘽𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙖 𝙈𝙖𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙖, and 𝙆𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙙 𝘾𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙤, also present were 𝙎𝙆 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙆𝙚𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙩𝙝 𝙋𝙤𝙗𝙧𝙚, with company, who were also alumni of the school, PTA President 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙧. 𝙆𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙫𝙖, Assistant Team Leader 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝗟. 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗮, Member of the School Protection Committee, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗼, Teachers Presentative, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗼, PGO representatives, 𝙂𝙖𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙡 𝙍𝙮𝙖𝙣 𝘽𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙖 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙖𝙫𝙮𝙡 𝘼𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙖 and the Religious Sector representative, 𝗨𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗱𝘇𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗺 and 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮.
The consultation aimed to gather inputs, insights, and collaborative recommendations from stakeholders for the formulation and planning of the School Improvement Plan (SIP) for Calendar Years 2026-2028.
In her message, Ma’am Tarhata emphasized the importance of collective participation and shared responsibility in crafting a responsive and inclusive SIP that will address the needs of learners and further improve the quality of education in the school.
The activity highlighted the school's commitment to strengthening partnerships with parents, community leaders, and other education stakeholders to ensure that programs and projects under the SIP are relevant, achievable, and learner-centered.
The SIP 2026-2028 will serve as the school's roadmap for continuous improvement and development in the next three years.
