When: May 19, 2026, Tuesday (9:00 am)
Where: Bankal National High School (Conference Room)
Who: SPS Applicants (should be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian)

Note 1: Attendance is a must. Kindly be there before the scheduled time. Anticipate the traffic situation going to the venue.
Note 2: Bring 2 pencils, eraser, 1 long white folder, snacks, and water.

Last Friday, March 13, the learners in Mactan National High School had plenty of fun as they celebrated the International Day of Mathematics. This year’s theme for the International Day of Mathematics is “Mathematics and Hope.” As such, various classes conducted diverse Math-related activites which made the students grasp that Math is more than just logic and numbers, it can be fun and engaging as well!

Here are some pictures and videos of classes that held a Math Carnival Fest. The classes played DIY Carnival Games which directly relates to their lesson in Quarter 4 which is Probability.

The students greatly enjoyed taking chances and obtaining goodies and snacks as prizes for winning. What a blast! Surely this year’s International Day of Math was a fun and meaningful one for the learners in Mactan National High!
