𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗘: 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗗-𝗔𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

In response to the severe flooding caused by the prolonged 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻, 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗻, 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮, 𝗡𝗨 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗫, and 𝗣𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗬𝗔𝗕𝗘 have jointly activated 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗼 𝘀𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗶𝘀𝗼—a unified monetary donation drive dedicated to supporting impacted 𝗞𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.

All collected funds will be turned over to 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 to purchase essential relief supplies.

Relief targets are actively being assessed by Angat Pampanga, while 𝗡𝗨 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗫, alongside 𝗣𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗬𝗔𝗕𝗘, will assist in coordinating volunteers for repacking and distribution efforts.

CONTINUUM: RSO Night of Excellence is the annual recognition program of the Student Development and Activities Office, honoring the Recognized Student Organizations, student leaders, and advisers whose leadership, service, innovation, and commitment have shaped the student experience throughout the academic year.

It lives in every program brought to life.

Every challenge overcome.
Every leader who chose to make a difference.

These are the moments that define a year of student leadership. These are the efforts that transform purpose into action and action into meaningful impact.

And when one chapter comes to an end,

The Philippines deserves progress that is transparent, sustainable, and truly beneficial to its people.

While the Pax Silica Initiative promises investment, jobs, and technological advancement, these should never come at the expense of our environment, natural resources, Indigenous communities, or national interest. As a country rich in critical minerals and ecological wealth, we must ensure that any development protects our water, land, and future—not simply our economy.

Questioning Pax Silica is not rejecting progress. It is demanding accountability, transparency, and responsible development that puts the Filipino people first.

Declining on this matter doesn’t mean saying NO to progress.

It means saying YES to protecting our land, our people, and our future.

Progress must serve the Filipino people — Not the other way around.
