Isang taos-pusong pagbati ang ipinapaabot ng Mabalacat Technical Vocational High School sa pamumuno ni 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐚. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐚 𝐓. 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚 sa pagkamit ng 𝑶𝒖𝒕𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑶𝑷𝑪𝑹𝑭 𝑹𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 para sa School Year 2025–2026. Ang tagumpay na ito ay patunay ng mahusay, tapat, at makabuluhang pamumuno na patuloy na nagbibigay-direksyon sa paaralan tungo sa kahusayan.

Ang tagumpay na ito ay hindi lamang bunga ng indibidwal na pagsisikap kundi ng buong komunidad ng paaralan—mga g**o, kawani, mag-aaral, at iba pang stakeholders—na nagkakaisa at nagtutulungan upang maisakatuparan ang mga layunin ng institusyon. Sa ilalim ng matatag na pamumuno ni Dr. Talavera, higit na pinagtitibay ang kultura ng pagkakaisa, pananagutan, at dedikasyon sa dekalidad na edukasyon.

Ang makabuluhang tagumpay na ito ay hindi rin magtatagumpay kung wala ang patuloy na paggabay at suporta ng Schools Division Office sa pangunguna ni Schools Division Superintendent 𝐌𝐚. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐏. 𝐂𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐨, CESO V, at Assistant Schools Division Superintendent 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨 𝐂. 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐢, CESO V. Lubos ang aming taos-pusong pasasalamat sa kanilang pamumuno, malasakit, at walang sawang suporta sa patuloy na pag-angat ng kalidad ng edukasyon.

Ang tagumpay na ito ay nagsisilbing inspirasyon upang lalo pang pag-ibayuhin ang serbisyo, palakasin ang mga programa, at patuloy na maghatid ng dekalidad na edukasyon para sa bawat mag-aaral ng Mabalacat Technical Vocational High School.
