Subject: Installation and Utilization of InsightED Mobile Application

Per Department of Education Memorandum DM-OUHRODI-2026-0976, issued by Undersecretary Wilfredo E. Cabral under the Human Resource and Organizational Development and Infrastructure (HRODI) strand, all schools are hereby directed to install and use the InsightED Mobile Application.

Please use mobile phones/cellphones to install the app.
This application is designed to:

Collect real-time data on school infrastructure, facilities, and resources

Provide accurate and updated inputs to the STRIDE Dashboard
Support data-driven planning, resource allocation, and decision-making

Ensure alignment between actual school conditions and official records

Upon clarifying from CSC, the Form 1 to be used is the 2017 Revised version. For those applicants with the new positions who still has no set of duties and responsibilities, please leave it blank.

For the Oath of Office, the Address and Position need not be in Tagalog/Filipino language.

For the PDS, 2025 version shall be used. In addition to that, here is the instruction for the Citizenship box of the PDS. If you are a natural born Filipino, only check the Filipino box. Thank you!
