This orientation aims to strengthen the effective implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program, ensuring that our learners receive the support they need for better health and improved learning outcomes.

Lutayan II District gracefully celebrated the retirement program of Ma'am Norma S. Paquil, Teacher III of Panagas-Devera Elementary School, in recognition of her years of dedicated and faithful service in the Department of Education.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to Ma'am Sheryl Loria-Osano, EPS-LRMS, for gracing the occasion as the Division Representative and for sharing her inspiring message.

We also extend our sincere gratitude to Sir Naguib U. Macasayon, Retired Public Schools District Supervisor, for his presence and words of wisdom that made the celebration even more meaningful.

To the beloved family, relatives, and friends of the honoree, thank you for joining us in celebrating this memorable milestone.
