Salin Sikap-DLL

25/04/2025

Today, alongside the Salin-Sikap affiliates, officers, mentors, and mentees, we celebrated the successful achivement of another remarkable journey.

The Salin-Sikap program continues to empower individuals in strengthening their communication and leadership skills—essential qualities every social worker must embody and uphold.

This event showcased a dynamic blend of activities, from an exciting race game and inspiring messages to the sharing of experiences, the awarding of certificates, and a heartfelt celebration of milestones achieved.

This journey would not have been possible without the unwavering dedication, commitment, and passion of everyone involved. Congratulations to all, and best wishes to the future mentors and mentees as they embark on their next chapter.

Let us always remember: every ending is a new beginning, rich with lessons and experiences.

Calya Dela Peña truly embodies what it means to be an outstanding mentor in the Salin Sikap Program.

With dedication, empathy, and leadership, she has created a nurturing space where her mentees feel supported and valued. From the start, she built strong connections, listened with compassion, and provided guidance during their most vulnerable moments.

As a mentor and student leader, she selflessly inspires her mentees to embrace growth, recognize their worth, and take pride in their achievements. Despite her responsibilities as section president, she always prioritizes her mentees, ensuring they feel motivated and cared for. Her commitment to the values of Pray, Play, Study, and Service is evident in everything she does.

Congratulations, Calya, on this well-deserved recognition!
