Elected presidents of the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) and Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) from all schools in the division, together with their teacher-advisers, gathered on February 21, 2026, at the Lucena City Conference and Teachers Training Center for the Division Federation of SELG and SSLG Elections and Safety Training.
The program opened with preliminary activities followed by an inspiring message from SGOD Chief Dr. Epifania F. Carandang, who highlighted core leadership qualities: integrity, responsibility, commitment, and service. She reminded participants that leadership is defined by purpose and impact, not just position.
Division Youth Formation Coordinator Ms. Rosebelle F. Castrillo then shared important election guidelines, covering voter eligibility and candidate qualifications to ensure a fair, transparent, and credible process.
Elementary president representatives were grouped by district to introduce themselves, present their platforms, and respond to guiding questions; showcasing their vision for serving their peers.
