Tuwing Pebrero, ginugunita ng Pilipinas ang Safer Internet Day for Children, alinsunod sa Presidential Proclamation No. 417.

In a move to promote school spirit and organizational identity, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) successfully passed a resolution allowing students to wear their organizational shirts every Friday.

Entitled โ€œA Resolution Requesting the Approval of Wearing Organizational Shirts Every Friday at Ibabang Talim Integrated High School,โ€ the measure was proposed, deliberated, and unanimously approved by the SSLG in a recent session. It aims to provide students the opportunity to showcase their pride and active participation in various clubs and organizations on campus.

The resolution was presented to the school administration and officially approved, making it effective immediately.

According to SSLG President Mark Liester Pelaez, โ€œThis initiative is not only a way to express belonging and unity within student organizations but also a celebration of the diverse talents and advocacies of ITIHS learners.โ€

School Principal Ritchelda D. Abadilla lauded the effort, expressing full support. โ€œIt encourages student involvement and fosters a more vibrant school culture,โ€ she stated.

Students are reminded to wear their official organizational shirts only on Fridays and to ensure that these are clean, presentable, and comply with school grooming standards.

This new policy reflects the schoolโ€™s commitment to empowering student voices and promoting positive learner engagement.
