SUSPENSION OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES AND ON-SITE OFFICE TRANSACTIONS
August 20, 2026 (Thursday)

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 129 issued by the Office of the President through Acting Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto due to the prevailing weather conditions brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), including continuous heavy rainfall and flooding in various areas, face-to-face classes at all levels and on-site office transactions at the school will remain suspended tomorrow, August 20, 2026 (Thursday).

This measure is being implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of our learners, personnel, and the entire school community.

Learners may continue their studies through Modular Learning, whenever feasible and provided that conditions are safe. Students are advised to coordinate with their respective teachers and regularly check for assigned learning activities and instructions.

We encourage everyone to stay indoors whenever possible, avoid unnecessary travel, exercise caution in flood-prone areas, and closely monitor official weather and government advisories.

SUSPENSION OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES AND ON-SITE OFFICE TRANSACTIONS

August 19, 2026 (Wednesday)

Due to the prevailing weather conditions brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), including continuous heavy rainfall and flooding in various areas, face-to-face classes at all levels and on-site office transactions at the school will remain suspended tomorrow, August 19, 2026 (Wednesday).

This measure is being implemented in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 129 issued by the Office of the President through Acting Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto, and is intended to ensure the safety and well-being of our learners, personnel, and the entire school community.

August 18, 2026 (Tuesday)

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 128 issued by the Office of the President through Acting Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto, and in consideration of the continuous heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and flooding in several areas, face-to-face classes at all levels and on-site office transactions at the school will be suspended tomorrow, August 18, 2026 (Tuesday).

In place of face-to-face classes, learners may continue through Modular Learning whenever conditions permit and only when it is safe and possible to do so. Students are encouraged to check the instructions and learning activities provided by their respective teachers.

Everyone is strongly advised to prioritize safety, avoid unnecessary travel, remain vigilant, and continue monitoring official weather and government advisories, especially those in flood-prone areas.

As per the advice of our School Directress, Madam Rosalia D. Jimenez, and in consideration of our students and personnel coming from low-lying areas still affected by flooding, as well as the intermittent weather brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), please be informed that all scheduled examinations and face-to-face classes are suspended tomorrow, August 14, 2026 (Friday).

This decision is made with the safety and convenience of our students and personnel in mind, particularly those who may face difficulties traveling due to the current conditions.

In line with the announcement of the Municipal Mayor of Lubao, Mayor Esmie Pineda, tonight, face-to-face classes at all levels are suspended tomorrow, August 13, 2026 (Thursday).

This decision is made as rainfall continues to affect the area, increasing the possibility of flooding and affecting road conditions leading to and from the school. The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) continues to bring rainfall over parts of Luzon, increasing the risk of flooding and other weather-related hazards.

While face-to-face classes are suspended, learning will continue through Modular Learning. All learners are expected to continue their studies and accomplish the assigned learning activities.

Students are advised to check the instructions, activities, and other learning tasks provided by their respective subject teachers and accomplish them accordingly.

We strongly encourage everyone to prioritize safety, avoid unnecessary travel, stay updated with official weather advisories, and remain vigilant as the rain continues.

Due to the continuous heavy rains and flooding in the surrounding areas and along the roads leading to and from the school, face-to-face classes at all levels are suspended tomorrow, August 11, 2026 (Tuesday).

While face-to-face classes are suspended, learning will continue through Modular Learning. All learners are expected to continue their studies and accomplish the assigned learning activities.

Students are advised to check the instructions, activities, and other learning tasks provided by their respective subject teachers and accomplish them accordingly.

Please be guided accordingly: Should the proper authorities subsequently declare โ€œNO CLASSESโ€ due to worsening weather conditions, such declaration shall automatically supersede this announcement, that means modular learning activities for the day shall be suspended. Any such declaration will be immediately communicated through the government official channels.

This decision to suspend face-to-face classes is made primarily to ensure the safety and well-being of our students, teachers, staff, and the entire SCALI community, especially those who may need to travel through flooded or otherwise unsafe roads.

SUSPENSION OF CLASSES & OFFICE TRANSACTIONS | AUGUST 10, 2026

In accordance with Executive Order No. 13-2026-LGP issued by the Provincial Government of Pampanga, classes in all levels in public and private schools are suspended on August 10, 2026 (Monday) due to the effects of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), continuous rainfall, and flooding in several areas of the province.

For the safety of our students, teachers, and school personnel, all classes, including face-to-face, online, and modular classes, are suspended.

In addition, there will be no office transactions at SCALI on August 10, 2026.
