PALAISIPAN PALAISIPAN: Pambansang Labanan sa Isip, Sining at Panitikan is a national scholastic competition for high school students. It was founded year 2013.

PALAISIPAN: Pambansang Labanan sa Isip, Sining at Panitikan was founded last year (2013) by five varsitarian organizations of the University of the Philippines Los Banos namely UP Isabela Society, UP Catandungan Los Banos, UP Oroquieta, UP Caballeros and UP Cagayanos. Delegates from the provinces of Isabela, Catanduanes, Quezon, Batangas, and Cagayan compete in the various contested activities suc

h as Poetry, and Essay Writing Contest, Slogan, and Poster Making Contest, Photo Essay Contest, Impromptu and Quiz Contest. This annual activity is held at the University of the Philippines Los Banos, Laguna every February.
