On March 26, 2026, the Children with Disabilities Assessment, Rehabilitation, and Empowerment (CAREvan) in Tubod, Lanao del Norte was truly a meaningful and impactful event. 💙

🌈💙 A Day of Learning, Love, and Celebration at OCCES SPED RLC 💙🌈

The OCCES SPED Resource Learning Center joyfully celebrated Autism Awareness Month and National Braille Literacy Month, highlighting inclusion, understanding, and the unique abilities of our SNED learners.
Adding more warmth to the day, we also celebrated the birthday of Madam Nanieth Bandala Acosta, shared with smiles, laughter, and meaningful moments with our SNED learners. 🎉🎂
A simple celebration, yet full of love, awareness, and appreciation for every learner.
