One of our Nursing students, Ms. Leana Gutierrez, explores the innovative AI Tongue Diagnosis System developed by Dr. Saowaluck Meesin during the 13th National and International Conference at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University (HCU), Thailand.

This hands-on experience highlights the transformative role of artificial intelligence in healthcare, giving our future healthcare professionals the opportunity to witness emerging technologies that are shaping the future of medical assessment and patient care.

Lipa City Colleges proudly co-hosted the 13th International Conference at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University, Thailand, held under the inspiring theme, "Research to Serve Society."

As a co-hosting institution, LCC reaffirmed its commitment to research excellence, international collaboration, and academic innovation by showcasing its Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) initiatives and presenting impactful research alongside scholars and academic leaders from different countries.

Representing Lipa City Colleges on the international stage were our distinguished faculty members:

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦: On July 30, 2025, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University commenced its 12th International Conference at its main campus. The day's events focused on "Research to Serve Society," emphasizing the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The program, titled "SDG in Action," included a symbolic tree planting ceremony and other SDG activities for delegates. Co-hosting institutions presented their SDG best practices, discussed challenges, and explored emerging trends in SDG implementation. The day concluded with a welcoming dinner and cultural exchange at Srivaree Pavilion Hotel and Training Center.

Lipa City Colleges participated in the 12th HCU International Academic Conference Research to Serve Society, held July 30-31, 2025, at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University in Samutprakarn, Thailand. The delegation included Dean of the College of Nursing, Lavinia Malabuyoc, and students Christine Joyce S. Javier, Stephanie R. Mendoza, Joryll D. Atienza, and Aravella S. Alcantara, along with faculty presenters Professor April D. Acielo (Director for Research and Creative Work), Dr. Edna Sanchez (Dean of the College of Criminal Justice Education), Dr. Noralyn Muria, and Jeremich Serafica (both from the College of Education and Liberal Arts). LCC congratulates its representatives and acknowledges their contributions to the college's global mission.

The International Association of Scholarly Publishers, Editors and Reviewers, Inc. (IASPER) and Lipa City Colleges, co-hosts the 5th International Virtual Conference on Interdisciplinary Research in Higher Education held via ZOOM Video Conferencing on December 4-6, 2024.

This international conference was spearheaded by Prof. April D. Acielo, the Research and Creative Works Director, with the unwavering support of the School President, Dr. Joe Vincent J. Abiera, and VP for Academic Affairs, Dr. Dina Catalina C. Dayon.

We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Erica Calalang from the Graduate School of Lipa City Colleges for being recognized as one of the Best Oral Presenters for her outstanding research presentation. Competing internationally against more than 20 presenters, she has brought great pride to our institution.
