Bullying vs. Teasing

Masaya ang biruan, lalo na kung kasama ang mga kaibigan. Pero tandaan, ang biro ay biro lamang kung pareho kayong natatawa at komportable.

Kung may nasasabi o nagagawa ang isang kaibigan na nakasasakit o hindi ka na komportable, huwag matakot na sabihin ang iyong nararamdaman. Let them know your limits and boundaries. Ang tunay na kaibigan ay marunong rumespeto at makinig.

Kapag ang "biro" ay paulit-ulit nang nakasasakit, nakapagpapahiya, o nagdudulot ng takot at pagdurusa, hindi na ito simpleng teasing—it may already be bullying.

Choose kindness. Respect boundaries.
