Tagu-Taguan is a psychological drama about Niel, a young man haunted by visions of a child named Rain. As Rain keeps appearing, Niel is forced to face the guilt, fear, and hidden identity he has been trying to bury. Afraid of judgment from society and his father, he hides his true self until the pain becomes too much to carry. In the end, Niel confesses the truth and learns that freedom comes from honesty and self-acceptance. Like the game of hide-and-seek, the film shows that the truth will always find a way to be seen.
