🥗🌿 52nd Nutrition Month 2026 | "Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!" 🌍💚

Nakikiisa ang Bugtongnapulo Integrated National High School sa pagdiriwang ng ika-52 Buwan ng Nutrisyon ngayong Hulyo 2026 na may temang "Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!"

Ang temang ito ay nagpapaalala sa atin na ang mabuting kalusugan at ang pangangalaga sa ating kapaligiran ay magkaugnay. Ang pagkakaroon ng sapat, ligtas, at masustansyang pagkain ay nagsisimula sa isang malinis, luntian, at napapangalagaang kalikasan. Kapag inaalagaan natin ang ating kapaligiran, natitiyak din natin ang patuloy na pagkakaroon ng masaganang ani, malinis na tubig, at masustansyang pagkain para sa bawat Pilipino.

Hinihikayat natin ang bawat mag-aaral, g**o, magulang, at miyembro ng komunidad na isabuhay ang wastong nutrisyon sa pamamagitan ng pagpili ng masusustansyang pagkain, pag-iwas sa pag-aaksaya ng pagkain, pagtatanim ng gulay at prutas, at aktibong pakikilahok sa mga gawaing nagtataguyod ng pangangalaga sa ating kalikasan. Ang maliliit na hakbang na ating ginagawa ngayon ay may malaking ambag sa pagbuo ng isang mas malusog, mas ligtas, at mas matatag na kinabukasan.

Sa pagdiriwang na ito, nawa'y maging inspirasyon ang bawat isa na maging responsable sa ating kalusugan at sa ating kapaligiran. Tandaan natin na ang tunay na kaunlaran ay nagsisimula sa mga taong may malusog na pangangatawan at sa isang kalikasang pinapahalagahan at pinoprotektahan.

Sama-sama nating isulong ang wastong nutrisyon at pangangalaga sa kalikasan. Dahil sa bawat masustansyang pagkain at bawat hakbang para sa kalikasan, tayo ay nag-aambag sa isang mas malusog, mas masigla, at mas maunlad na Pilipinas.

BUGTONGNAPULO INHS JOINS THE NATION IN COMMEMORATING THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE 2016 SOUTH CHINA SEA ARBITRAL AWARD 🇵🇭

Bugtongnapulo Integrated National High School proudly joined the nationwide Simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony on July 6, 2026, in support of the commemoration of the 10th Anniversary of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award, as enjoined by the National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea (NTF-WPS) through the National Security Council.

Through this meaningful observance, the school community reaffirmed its commitment to promoting awareness of the Philippines’ sovereignty, sovereign rights, and lawful maritime entitlements while strengthening patriotism, civic responsibility, and respect for the rule of law among learners and educators.

The activity served as an important opportunity to educate and inspire our learners to appreciate significant milestones in the nation's history and to recognize their role as active and responsible citizens in safeguarding the country's interests and democratic values.

Bugtongnapulo INHS remains steadfast in supporting national initiatives that cultivate informed, empowered, and patriotic Filipinos who are committed to nation-building and the pursuit of peace, justice, and national development.

Ngayong Nutrition Month, kaisa ang Kagawaran ng Edukasyon (DepEd) sa sama-samang pagtaguyod ng wastong nutrisyon at tamang pangangalaga sa kalikasan.

Sa temang "Nutrisyon at Kalikasan ating pangalagaan," binibigyang-halaga ng pagdiriwang ngayong taon ang ugnayan ng nutrisyon at pangangalaga sa ating kalikasan.

Bahagi ng hangaring ito, patuloy na pinauunlad ng DepEd ang mga programang tulad ng School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) at Gulayan sa Paaralan na sumusuporta sa pagbibigay ng tama at sapat na nutrisyon sa ating mga mag-aaral.
