The Smoking and Va**ng Awareness Symposium is currently underway, spearheaded by the Guidance Office, with the full support our School Principal, Sir. John R. Quiroz and Assistant School Principal Mr. Aldwin Sabran.

Through evidence-based discussions led by the speaker from the Philippine National Police (PNP) PSSG Lotes Bascara, in coordination with Honorable Barangay Captain Leila F. Cruz, and with the assistance of Miss Charrie Villanueva, Health Education Promotion Officer Designate, students are encouraged to analyze risks, evaluate social influences, and make informed decisions regarding smoking and va**ng.

This initiative goes beyond information-sharing—it challenges learners to reflect on consequences, resist peer pressure, and take responsibility for choices that shape their health and future.

Taking time to breathe, pause, and recover is part of healing, and with proper support and self-care, strength can be rebuilt and forward movement can begin again.
