With the theme “Towards a Shared Vision: Exploring the Future for a Better Tomorrow,” the event aims to inspire learners to embrace science as a tool for progress, sustainability, and unity. 🌱🚀

The clock may have stopped tickling, but the impact is woven across the fabric of the path we culminated—𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜. Sir Isaac Newton once wrote: “𝐈𝐟 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐟𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫, 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐠𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬.” You stood tall not to shine alone, but to lift others—to let us overlook what lies beyond the boundaries we once thought were immovable. Like in Biology, you breathe life into a community. You built ecosystems where every cell mattered. You established a system where every voice was heard and every challenge was met with adaptation. And now, as you step away from the extravagant wonders of science, remember this: 𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙨, 𝙞𝙩 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙨. We know that whatever path you direct, you will carry the steadfast passion and integrity that defined your time as a Science Club Official.

You were not just leaders. You were dreamers. And though you will now pass the torch to someone of worth, your energy will never be lost. It will only change form as it adapts, but it will continue to inspire those who will follow.

𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦!

Bringing brightest minds to demonstrate knowledge and scientific skills, the annual Science Quiz Bee challenged the students and paved its way to become the highlight of this year's Science Fair.

After an intense series of rounds which tested the participants on a wider range of concepts at the helm of Ms. Cecille B. Delgado and Mr. Verjel D. Macayan, winners were declared and determined.

For Grade 11, HUMSS 11 B's pride, Althea Belle M. Angue, emerged as the champion with a commendable display of scientific expertise. Aya Ceana Maycee V. Arocha from the merged section of ABM/HUMSS 11 claimed the 2nd place and Brix V. Manansala, a STEM 11 B learner, secured the 3rd place.

Meanwhile, in the Grade 12 level, Alteia R. Lupango from STEM 12 A hailed as the champion after showcasing her wit and passion towards science. Matt Joseph M. Managaytay, a STEM 12 B student, claimed the 2nd place and Jana B. Rodolfo from HUMSS 12 A rounded out the winners as she secured the 3rd place.

𝗟𝗘𝗧'𝗦 𝗚𝗘𝗧 𝗜𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗!

Abuzz with excitement and enthusiasm, the Limay Senior High School Science Laboratory was filled with a diverse group of innovative thinkers as the highly anticipated Robotics Symposium disentangled.

The event kicked off with a Preliminaries and Roll Call led by the Masters of Ceremony from STEM 12 C, Jhem Denald L. Pascual and Lyrhad S. Balasta. It was then followed by the welcoming remarks of Limay Senior High School's Principal, Dr. Felisa C. Bravo.

At the forefront of this significant occasion was Mrs. Rowena V. Cabrera, whose vision was essential in introducing the concept of the aforementioned symposium. The basic arduino education and diagrams was later on tackled by the guest speaker and an EPAS educator, Mr. Allan Joe F. Aguilar — who demonstrated the exploration of arduino projects which fosters a spirit of innovation and creativity among the students and participants. At Aguilar's helm, the students experienced a hands-on activity and workshop with the breadboard to solidify their creativity about robotics.

The event concluded with the closing remarks of the Limay Senior High School's Science Club Adviser, Mrs. Cristina D. Rubiano.

𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗘

The Limay Senior High School Science Club spearheaded the opening of this year's Science Fair themed “Integrated Approach in Science and Technology For A Sustainable Future.”

Activities such as Essay Writing, Poster Making, Slogan Making, and Elimination Round of Science Quiz Bee have concluded. The winners are yet to be announced. Meanwhile, the Science Quiz Bee participants who had entered the first ten spots, both in Grade 11 and 12 participants, are to proceed with the Final Round which will be held on October 9, 2024 at Room 24 ACAD Building.

Following the remaining activities for tomorrow, the submission for video-related outputs—Siyensikula, , and Scientist Ka-Look-A-Like — is until 10 in the morning. For Robotics Symposium, participants must attend in Limay Senior High School Laboratory, First floor STEM Building at 10:30AM.

𝗦𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦: 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 8-9, 2024❗

𝗦ustain, 𝗖lean, 𝗜mprove, 𝗘nsure, 𝗡urture, and 𝗖onserve the 𝗘nvironment 🌱♻️☘️

In accordance to the annual 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗨𝗽 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 held last September, students made an exemplary act — cleaning their backyards and vicinity. By reaching their goals with each trash picked, they demonstrated that big transformations occur when everyone united to make an impactful change towards our environment. Conveying not just the importance of being a good steward of environment and the pilot of science but also how it can be used to help solve real life issues related to the environment, the Limayans are eager to jive in. 🫂👥🗣️

With this initiative, it is evident that everyone has a part to play in the campaign towards the achievement of sustainable development. All students who worked on it, showed that science is not only a discovery, but also an indispensable responsibility. They, therefore, have shifted a notch higher in the efforts of changing the world for the better proving how knowledge can make ways for action. 👄💨👄💨👄💨
