POST YOUR ENTRIES ON THE COMMENT THREAD USING

GUIDELINES:
1. The contest is open to all Ligaoenos. A maximum of three (3) HUGOT LINE per participant/account is allowed.
2. The HUGOT LINE must be an original composition of the participant using Tagalog or Bicol dialect.
3. The HUGOT LINE must focus on the Advocacy of Solid Waste Management and Anti-Plastic.
4. Any vulgar or bad word is not allowed to be used in the HUGOT LINES.
5. The organizer has the full authority to disqualify the participants who shall violate the statement No. 4 of the Guidelines.
6. Submission of Entry will be on March 1, 2017 and will end on March 23, 2017. For those interested, you may submit your entry by posting the HUGOT LINES on the comment thread of the poster at Ligao City ESWM Corner.
7. HUGOT LINES MUST BE CONTAINED IN ONE TO TWO SENTENCES
8. Entries will be judged according to:
a. Originality, style and creativity 50%
b. Relevance to the theme/topic 35%
c. Interpretation 15%
9. Prizes:
a. 20 Best Hugot Lines will be selected.
i. 10 Best HUGOT will receive Php 500.00 each
ii. 10 Finalist will receive Php 100.00 worth of load card
iii. 1 People’s Choice Php 300.00
10. Only entries with the official hashtag will be considered as an official entry.
11. Winning entries will be used by the City ENRO as part of the IEC Campaign in Ecological Solid Waste Management and Anti-Plastic Advocacy thus will become the property of the said office.
12. The decision of the Board of Judges is final and irrevocable.

Good day volunteers for palarong pambansa!!!! All are adviced to attend the mustering at OCD handyong hall on april 7, 2o16 at 6:30 am.
