The Siklab Leyte basketball squad represented by LNHS Eagles fell just short in a thrilling double-overtime battle against the defending champions, Villaba with a final score of 94-95 during the Area III Athletic Meet 2025.

Despite the fiery performance from the team and many chances to close the game with a W, still we didn't make it. Congratulations to the winning team.

To the players, thank you for representing municipality of Leyte with pride, bring with you the experiences, lessons, and the gift of friendship.

To the supporters, the LNHS family, and the Local Government of Leyte, Thank you so much for the support, we really appreciate your effort.
