4Ps BENEFICIARY! 🏆

Rico Q. Elao of Alegria, Cebu, a Magna Cum Laude graduate, emerged as Top 1 in the Licensure Examination for Civil Engineers, marking a milestone shaped by excellence, perseverance, and gratitude.

In his message, Elao said he was “deeply grateful” to the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) for being an essential part of his journey, sharing that the support “eased our family’s financial burden” and allowed him to focus on his studies and remain committed to his dreams.

He also emphasized that the achievement was “not mine alone,” dedicating the honor to his family, mentors, and the 4Ps, which he said “stood with me every step of the way.”

Elao is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Cebu Technological University – Dumanjug Extension Campus, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, major in Structural Engineering.
