Great news, VVs!

In consideration of our fellow students who are currently attending summer classes, we are extending the Clearance Signing until 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆), 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠.

The clearance signing process will remain the same as previously announced. We encourage everyone to take advantage of this extension and complete their clearance within the given schedule to avoid any inconvenience.

Please note that university offices will be closed on Friday. Therefore, students who are not attending summer classes are encouraged to complete their clearance on 𝗧𝗛𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗗𝗔𝗬.

Please be reminded that no clearance, no enrollment, so make sure to have your clearance signed on time.

Good day, VVs!

Please be informed that our 𝗢𝗻𝗲-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 will be held on 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆), from 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝗧𝗼 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠. This activity is in accordance with the recommendation of the Student Affairs Services (SAS) Office.

Please note that students who fail to have their clearance signed on the scheduled date will be responsible for processing their own clearance afterward.

📌 Clearance Signing Process:

✅ Claim your 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 at the USSC table

✅ Have your Internal Clearance signed by the following:

- Accredited Student Organization (the organization you belong to)
- Faculty Supreme Student Council (FSSC) (your respective faculty)
- Student Election Board (SEB)
- University Supreme Student Council (USSC)

❗Important: The USSC will not sign your clearance unless it has already been signed by all the offices and organizations listed above.

✅ The USSC will submit the master list of cleared students to the SAS Office.

✅ The SAS Office will verify the submitted list.

✅ Claim your 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘.

✅ Complete the remaining required signatories by having your official clearance signed by the designated offices.

✅ Proceed with Enrollment.

Reminder: You will not be allowed to enroll unless your clearance has been completed and properly signed.

𝗔 𝗛𝘂𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗧𝗼 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗢. 𝗦𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆!!

Hon. Sode is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Science, a renowned USSC BOD and was the FTE-SSC President last school year.

He has been an outstanding leader who served our school with passion and commitment for years. Even while fulfilling his internship duties, he continued to show up for the students and for the Council.

The Council is incredibly proud to congratulate one of our most dedicated leaders for achieving another milestone in his life. He works tirelessly behind the scenes, with so much effort and dedication, just to give the very best to every students.

Hon. Ang is also one of the most approachable and fabulous leaders who made sure that every concern of the students was heard and addressed.

The Council is truly delighted to congratulate this excellent leader who has crossed another important bridge in life.

As many of you may already know, one of our fellow students from VSU Villaba, Mr. Ericson Garcia, a 4th Year BSEd Science student, was recently involved in a serious motorcycle accident. He is currently confined in the hospital and is undergoing an operation as part of his treatment and recovery.

In this difficult time, we are humbly knocking on your kind hearts to ask for any financial assistance you can extend. No amount is too small, and every donation will greatly help in covering his medical expenses and supporting him and his family during this challenging period.

FOUND MONEY ALERT!! 💸

Good day, VVs!

If you were around the school gymnasium at approximately 5:00 PM yesterday, June 30, 2026, and happen to have lost some money, please be informed that a sum of money was found in the area.

If you believe the money belongs to you, kindly look for Ms. Evette B. De La Rosa, the USSC Treasurer, to claim it. For proper identification and verification, you will be asked a few questions regarding the amount, denomination, and other details before the money can be returned.

We encourage everyone who may have misplaced their money to reach out as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation, and God bless!
