On the 4th of October, 2023, Pawing National High School commemorated this year's Teachers' Day through the gesture of presenting flowers and gifts, paying tributes, and above all, conveying heartfelt messages that convey their deep affection and gratitude for our esteemed teachers.

To our respected School Head, Sir Aldrene C. Urbano, and to the esteemed and exceptional teachers from various departments, such as the Language Department, Mathematics and Science Department, MAPEH Department, TLE Department, and the Makabayan Department: We would like to extend our sincerest wishes for a joyous celebration of Teacher's Day. This message is also intended for all subject teachers, non-advisory teachers, and other teaching staff. Thank you for your dedication and hard work in shaping our minds and futures.

Your sacrifices made in order to educate us are greatly appreciated. As your students, we would like to express our profound gratitude for having you as our teachers and as our guardians in this educational institution, which serves as our second home.

Pawing National High School Administration, Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff warmly welcome everyone for this academic year 2023-2024.

As we celebrate the opening of the school year this upcoming Tuesday, August 29, 2023. We would like to request all students to attend the first flag ceremony of the year. Thus, we are encouraging all students to be at school before 7:00 o'clock in the morning.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Leyte and Cebu Chapter conducted a lecture series on relevant laws, including the Anti-Rape Law, VAWC Act, and Safe Spaces Act, as a Commemoration Activity for the 9th Yolanda Anniversary.

In pursuit of the activity's goal, the Supreme Student Government, along with Grade 10 learners, attended the event.

Pawing National High School, represented by the school head, Sir Aldrene C. Urbano, SSG adviser Ma'am Elizabeth B. Tobio, and Leyte Chapter President Hasmin Cristy A. Vibar, took appropriate measures to ensure the success of this activity.
