📝 3 Easy Steps to Enroll

STEP 1: Document Check

Gather your requirements (SF9 orReport Card, clear photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate, and 2x2 ID photos). Make sure everything is ready to go!

STEP 2: Visit the School

Head over to your designated Grade Level Hub between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

*For balik-aral, see the School Registrar and get your credential - SF9 or report card.

STEP 3: Secure Your Spot

Fill out the enrolment form and school- parent commitment form. Have it checked again to your designated Grade Level Hub. Received your confirmation slip and be back on June 1-5, 2026 for Oplan Balik Eskwela and Brigada to submit your documents.

During the Oplan Balik Eskwela and Brigada Eskwela, on June 1-5, 2026, once received by your Grade Level Hub in-charge for its completeness and error free, a confirmation of Enrollment is then approved by June .
