The most elegant day, full of thoughtfulness, surprises, LOVE, family, intimacy, joy, creativity, expression, remembrance, commitment, appreciation and pleasure.

This first chapter of our union was beyond our heart’s wildest dreams.

The intention was to bring our family into a world of imagination for the day and create a new core memory filled with magic.
It’s safe to say we succeeded and then some!

So much love, care and attention to detail went into bringing this celebration out of my mind and onto the canvas of life. We loved it so much that we intend to hold a wedding celebration with our beloved friends when the time feels right and exchange private vows with a Celtic Handfasting Ceremony in Scotland.

After all, I’ve always been the kind of woman to have multiple cakes and enjoy every last bite 😉🎂

Rachel and I crossed this threshold combining our last names, feeling grounded, inspired and committed to a life of freedom, courage and joy.

For both of us, we never would have arrived here without honouring the depths of our grief, for what has been and for the changes required to support our wellbeing, choosing to co-create a new life together, even if it looks a little different from the familiar… we stand for truth and champion each other to follow our hearts with kindness.

More than ever, I believe in the medicine of grief for on the other side I have experienced the deepest gratitude I have ever known.

To trust in oneself, we must first learn to trust in love.

Ever since I first sipped the warm, earthy elixir of Cacao, my life has been transformed in ways I could never have imagined. What started several years ago as a quest for healing has blossomed into a journey of physical, spiritual, and emotional renewal. As ever, I’m grateful to share this magical medicine with you.

Cacao and ritual have helped regulate my emotions, allowed me to slow down my mornings, soothed my stressed-out nervous system, and, most importantly, guided me to listen to the whispers of my soul amidst the chaos of my overthinking mind. ❤️

This sacred plant medicine also opened the door to a world where I found sisterhood and a safe space to heal through the mother wound. It’s a joy to hold space where women feel connected with magical souls who find joy in circling around the fire, sharing good food and laughter, and forming heartfelt connections.

Join me on Saturday, August 4th, at 12:00 PM in Prestwich, Manchester, for a New Moon Cacao Ceremony. This women’s gathering will be filled with reiki and sound healing, marking our last summer ceremony before Autumn’s embrace.

I am now taking bookings for Autumn/Winter for private plant medicine ceremonies. Whether it’s just for you, your partner, or a group, it’s my deepest wish that we collectively soften into the power of slow, cyclical living together.

Embracing Simplicity and Trust

Over the past few weeks, distancing myself from social media has been an eye-opening experience. It's astonishing to witness how the weight of stress can divert my path – from work responsibilities to the intricacies of relationships. Amidst this intricate web, I find myself questioning the decisions I've made rooted in fear.

Uncovering these layers has been enlightening. Fear of failure, inadequacy, and the uncertainty that life holds can often guide my choices. Stripping away these fears reveals something deeper—a connection to love that has always been there, patiently waiting to be embraced.

Can I surrender to quiet moments? Can the simple actions I take each day embody the elegance of a more straightforward life? It's clear to me now that life doesn't require constant self-inflicted complications. It's time to let go of unnecessary drama and instead welcome grace, gratitude, and acceptance into each day.

Rather than succumbing to the same old cycles of conflict, I'm determined to nurture trust. I desire to trade in stress for a more lasting sense of contentment.
