Bilang bahagi ng National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM), inilulunsad ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) sa pamamagitan ng Office of Civil Defense (OCD) ang Resilience Hours, isang webinar series na tatalakay sa iba't ibang paksa tungkol sa DRRM.
