RESILIENCING THE RECILIENCY OF RESILIENCE
WEATHER-ADVISORY: Issued at 5:00 PM Thursday, 16 February 2017SYNOPSIS: Tail-end of a cold front affecting Mindanao and Eastern Visayas. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.FORECAST: Cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides will be experienced over the regions of CARAGA, Northern Mindanao and Eastern Visayas. Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms is expected over Central Visayas and the rest of Mindanao. Cloudy skies with light rains will be experienced over the regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Bicol Region, Western Visayas and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast. This is a FREE msg.

The Tail-end of a Cold Front will continue to bring moderate to heavy rains and thunderstorms over Caraga, Davao region, SOCCSKSARGEN and the provinces of Misamis Oriental and Bukidnon. Residents in these areas are alerted against possible flash floods and landslides.
Meanwhile, Central and Eastern Visayas and the rest of Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms.
