𝗢𝗟𝗔! 𝗕𝗨𝗘𝗡 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗢 🍽️

The third-year students from the Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education (BTVTEd) majoring in Food and Service Management (FSM) showcased their knowledge and prowess in International Cuisine 2, as they skillfully prepared an array of Mexican 🇲🇽 and Spanish 🇪🇸 dishes, thereby marking the first laboratory activity of the semester, as well as their midterm examination in the aforementioned course.

Each group introduced a four-course meal composed of an appetizer, a main course, a dessert, and a non-alcoholic beverage.

What began as a plan turned into a remarkable celebration of fashion and culinary excellence. Last 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 11, 2025, the 𝐑𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐳𝐲 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 came to life at 𝐓𝐄𝐃 04, 𝐔-𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, filling the room with vibrant fashion, exquisite Asian cuisine, and unforgettable moments.

From the elegance on display to the flavors that told stories of the East, the Culminating Activity truly embodied unity, passion, and creativity among the BTVTEd-FSM 2nd & 3rd year students. Our heartfelt thanks go to these students who brought this royal gathering to life as both organizers and participants, and to our faculty guests who graced the occasion with their presence and support.
