Congratulations to our DFSSLG Secretay 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼 for being one of the awardees of the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗧𝗲𝗻 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟰𝗣𝘀 𝗕𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 (TOBY) and a 4𝗣𝘀 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿 in the recent 𝗣𝗔𝗚-𝗔𝗡𝗜 2025.

She earned this prestigious recognition after two rigorous rounds of screening and a thorough deliberation by a panel of ten esteemed judges from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office V with partner agencies from Department of Education (DepEd) Regional Office V, EDUCO Philippines, and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA).

Nica is also the only TOBY Awardee in Albay, a testament to her dedication. This inspiring young leader has demonstrated not only academic excellence but also a deep commitment to uplifting her community, empowering fellow youth, and driving meaningful change across the Bicol region
