✨ EMBODY: Body Positivity Talk 2026 ✨

On June 5, 2026, the halls of Monarch's Hall at Southville International School and Colleges were filled with meaningful conversations, empowering stories, and inspiring reminders that every individual is worthy, valued, and enough.

The SISC Peer Mentors' Organization extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us in making EMBODY: Body Positivity Talk 2026 a success. Together, we created a safe space where students reflected on body image, self-esteem, self-acceptance, and empowerment.

A special thank you to Trisha Nadal Rosales, Binibining Pilipinas Candidate, for sharing her experiences, inspiring our students, and truly embodying the spirit of uplifting others. Your message reminded us that confidence is not about meeting society's standards but about embracing who we are and empowering others to do the same.

At SISC Peer Mentors' Organization, we rise in lifting others, and this event was a testament to the power of compassion, acceptance, and community.

✨ That’s a wrap for our IC6: Professionalism and Social Graces Culminating Activity! ✨

Our 3rd year students truly embodied elegance, professionalism, and positive projection throughout the event. 👏They carried themselves with confidence, grace, and proper decorum, reflecting the true importance of professionalism in social interactions and formal settings. 🤝✨

From their refined presence to their impeccable attire, the students demonstrated that professionalism goes beyond appearance it is also reflected in one’s behavior, attitude, and respect for others. 👔🌟

Congratulations to everyone who made this event a meaningful and successful celebration of growth, confidence, and social excellence! 🥂💫

Special thanks to the Southville Management, College Heads and Faculty, Admin, and all our Suppliers.

Balancing responsibilities with excellence and determination!

Julia Montales, a 4th Year student of BS Real Estate Management, truly embodied the Southville 5Cs as a working student who successfully balances her career in the real estate industry while pursuing her studies. Through her dedication, professionalism, commitment to achieve, and perseverance, she continues to inspire fellow students by proving that hard work and passion can go hand in hand. 💙

A true Monarch student living the 5Cs both inside and outside the classroom!

Join the hugs. 🫂🤍

Just like your Guidance Counselors are connected with one another, always remember that you are connected with us too.

In your quiet battles, overwhelming days, moments of self-doubt, and even in the times when you feel like no one understands — we hope you remember that you never have to face them alone.

You are worthy of these hugs.
Worthy of comfort.
Worthy of kindness.
Worthy of being heard, understood, and deeply cared for.

May this embrace remind you that there will always be a safe space for you here, a place where your feelings matter, your story matters, and where you will always belong. ✨

College life can sometimes feel like heavy rain - unexpected, overwhelming, and tiring.

But just like every storm, it will pass. Keep going, one step, one subject, one day at a time.

As you enter this term break, may you all find time to rest, recharge, and remember that growth also happens during the quiet moments.

Stay safe and take care, Monarchs.

Feeling mentally drained lately? 😮‍💨
It might be more than stress - it could be 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐞.

College life comes with countless choices and responsibilities that can leave us mentally and emotionally exhausted. Remember to slow down, rest, and give yourself time to recharge. 🤍

Rest is not laziness - it’s recovery. 💆‍♀️💤

“It’s just one plastic,” said 8 billion people.

And that’s exactly how oceans choke, streets flood, and the planet slowly breaks.

One small habit may seem harmless - until billions do the same thing every single day. 🌍♻️

Refuse what you don’t need.
Reduce what you can.

Because the Earth does not need a few people doing sustainability perfectly — it needs billions doing it consciously.

Some days, college feels like pressure, deadlines, and endless “what ifs.” But even in moments of doubt, your potential still shines brighter.

Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep believing in yourself.

Because growth begins the moment you choose to rise beyond your doubts.
