📢 A GENTLE REMINDER FROM AASHPI TO SCHOOL HR PRACTITIONERS AND ADMINISTRATORS

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) is now accepting submissions for the 2025 Annual Establishment Report on Wages (AERW).

All private educational institutions and other private establishments are encouraged to ensure timely submission of their reports to DOLE to support accurate labor market and wage policy data.

🗓 Submission Period:
May 15, 2026 – August 31, 2026

📋 The report covers wage and salary information of employees as of December 31, 2025.

As HR professionals, our compliance efforts contribute to sound labor statistics and informed policy decisions that benefit both employers and workers.

We encourage our fellow school HR practitioners to review their data requirements early and coordinate with the appropriate offices to meet the submission deadline.
