Snack time 🤤

If you're a snacker like me, then sometimes fruits, nuts, and veggies just won't cut it. Level up your snacks by making these yogurt bites!

Imagine losing weight while indulging in tasty treats like this? IT'S POSSIBLE! With my fitness program, eating healthy food doesn't have to be bland and boring.

Ask me how!

Wag ganooon, mars! 🥹🥲🤣

But seriously, this is what we try to avoid sa program ko. Hindi kita idedeprive at entitled ka pa rin to enjoy "treat" meals. Because restrictive dieting only leads to self-sabotage.

Drop your toxic eating habits this 2023 ❌

Cookies, anyone? 🍪😋

These Herbalife protein cookies are the bomb! They're high in protein and fiber - perfect for your weight management goals!

They're so good for you and your taste buds 🥹 + they're a hit with kids too (swipe to see the cookie monster in action 🙈)

You will need:
- 4 scoops of Herbalife F1 cookies & cream shake mix
- 2 large spotty bananas
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Bake them at 180°C for 20 minutes (or less). Let them cool before serving, and enjoy! 😋

When you sign up for my weight loss program, you get to eat 5-6x a day and indulge in delicious treats like this. No deprivation, no extreme dieting.

This is one of the many reasons I love being a coach ❤️

Ms. J has been my client for 3 years – mula nung mag decide siyang gusto niya maging fit and sexy, hanggang mag try na sila mag conceive ng kanyang hubby, aba hanggang ngayon na 7 months preggy at malapit na maging mommy of 2!

How cool is that? I get to build and nurture lasting relationships with my clients. Sa 5 years ko nang coach, talagang nasubaybayan ko pa yung iba nung dalaga pa lang sila, hanggang sa bumuo na ng sariling pamilya.

As a coach, my job doesn't end when you buy your products from me.

Chilly first night 🥶

Buti na lang may dala kong panlaban sa lamig at pang burn ng mga kinain! A cup (or two, bitin eh 🤭) of hot aloe tea to cap off the day.
