In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 129 issued by the Office of the President, and in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon, ALL LEVELS — Pre-School to Grade 12 — shall shift to SYNCHRONOUS ONLINE CLASSES tomorrow, August 19, 2026 (Wednesday).

💻 Online classes will follow the REGULAR CLASS SCHEDULE.

📌 Learners are reminded to:
• Check their Official Class GCs for Google Meet links, instructions, and announcements.
• JHS learners (Grades 7–10) should also check their Google Classroom for learning materials and activities.
• Attend all scheduled online classes and participate actively and responsibly.

Please be informed that FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES IN ALL LEVELS are SUSPENDED tomorrow, August 18, 2026 (Tuesday).

To ensure the continuity of learning, the following modalities shall be observed:

🟡 Pre-School to Grade 3 – Asynchronous Learning
Learners shall refer to their AWP – Week 10 and Official Class GCs for activities and instructions.

🔵 Grades 4–10 – Synchronous Online Classes
Learners shall attend their online classes following their REGULAR CLASS SCHEDULE.

Due to the inclement weather conditions and to ensure the safety and well-being of our entire school community, FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES IN ALL LEVELS, from Pre-School to Grade 12, are SUSPENDED today, August 14, 2026 (Friday).

💻 SHIFT TO ASYNCHRONOUS CLASSES

Classes for today shall shift to asynchronous learning. Learners are advised to:

> Pre-School to Grade 12 – Check the Academic Weekly Planner (AWP) and official Class GCs for learning activities, instructions, and announcements.

> Junior High School (Grades 7–10) – Check Google Classroom for asynchronous activities and instructions from subject teachers.

> Grade 12 – The scheduled Make-Up Classes for today shall also shift to asynchronous modality. Subject teachers shall provide the appropriate learning activities and instructions.

Teachers shall ensure that all asynchronous learning materials, activities, and instructions are uploaded and made accessible to learners through the prescribed learning platforms.

EARLY DISMISSAL
August 13, 2026 (Thursday)

Dear Parents, Guardians, Learners and Teachers,

In view of the latest advisory and current situation, please be guided by the following dismissal arrangements for today:

* Kinder Love and Grades 1–2 (PM Session) – Parents/guardians are advised to pick up their children as soon as possible. Advisers are requested to immediately inform parents through the official Class GCs.

* Grades 4–10 – Learners shall finish their ongoing classes and follow their regular dismissal time.

* Grade 12 – Classes shall be until 4:30 PM only. Any remaining class time or activities shall be made up tomorrow, August 14, 2026 (Friday) for the Make Up Classes only for Grade 12.

Teachers and staff are requested to ensure the safe and orderly dismissal of all learners and to remain vigilant while learners are waiting for their authorized fetchers.

In accordance with the announcement of the City Government of Las Piñas, classes in all levels are SUSPENDED due to the prevailing inclement weather conditions.

The suspension covers the previously scheduled face-to-face and online classes for the day.
