A Milestone for SDOIN Indigenous Peoples Education!

We are proud to share that the SDOIN IPEd Curriculum Framework is now ready for printing and distribution!

This milestone represents the collective dedication, expertise, collaboration, and commitment of everyone who worked tirelessly from its initial development and writing to the careful review, refinement, and finalization of this important framework.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all our writers, editors, speakers, supervisors, and members of the SDOIN IPEd Team whose invaluable contributions made this initiative possible. Special recognition is also extended to our talented layout artists, Rex and Gibryl, for transforming the framework into a meaningful and visually engaging resource ready for use by our schools and IPEd implementers.

We likewise express our deepest appreciation to our top mangement officials our SDS Atty. Don, ASDSDoc Jem,Chief Ursi and Chief Jonarex for their unwavering guidance, encouragement, and support throughout the entire journey. Your leadership and belief in the importance of culturally responsive and inclusive education have greatly contributed to the realization of this undertaking.

From the initial planning and development, through the series of consultations, writeshops, reviews, and refinements, this framework stands as a testament to what we can achieve through shared vision, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to providing quality, relevant, and culturally grounded education for our Indigenous Peoples learners.
