Please be informed that the Northwestern University Graduation Ceremonies will be held on June 20, 2026 (Saturday) at the Ilocos Norte Centennial Arena.

This schedule has been set in consideration of the unpredictable weather conditions and to help ensure the safety, comfort, and convenience of our graduates, their families, guests, and the entire Northwestern University community.

We sincerely thank everyone for their understanding, cooperation, and continued support.

𝐂𝐂𝐉𝐄 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 was a meaningful celebration filled with activities that helped us learn, grow, and strengthen our commitment to the field of criminal justice. Through the Research Colloquium, Community Extension Program, Human Rights Seminar, BJMP Career Profession Orientation, and Information Drive, students were given the opportunity to gain new knowledge, develop their skills, and engage with the community.

We sincerely thank our partner agencies, faculty members, and students for making this event a success. Your support and participation made this celebration truly memorable.

Northwestern University is proud to announce that we have been granted government authority to offer the Bachelor of Science in Criminology via ETEEAP (Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program).

This comes following the approval of our Re-certification Application per the Commission en Banc Resolution dated June 1, 2026.

We are currently hosting the 𝐁𝐉𝐌𝐏 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞.

The event commenced with a warm welcome and opening remarks from our Dean Dr. Jonah Badua, setting an inspiring tone for the day. Following the opening, JO3 Alvin Rivera took the floor to conduct an in-depth career orientation, detailing vital BJMP functions and sharing invaluable insights on what to expect when joining or applying to the Bureau.

The seminar is actively being attended by our graduating Criminology Interns and Criminology students across all year levels, all eager to learn about their future paths in public safety!
