Hidaya Tutorial Center successfully celebrated Nutrition Day 2026 on July 29, 2026, with the theme, “Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!” The event aimed to promote healthy eating habits and encourage young learners to appreciate the importance of proper nutrition and environmental care.

The program began with a photo opportunity, opening prayer, singing of the Philippine National Anthem, and welcome remarks from the tutorial administrator Ms. Hidaya U. Derico, LPT, MAEd, PhD (CAR). Learners from the Junior and Senior Kinder levels confidently showcased their confidence and creativity during the “Meet My Healthy Costume” presentation, followed by a poem recitation and lively dance competition.

The celebration also featured interactive games on identifying healthy and unhealthy foods, as well as glow, grow, and go foods. A colorful food display highlighted nutritious meal choices, while the awarding ceremony recognized the learners’ outstanding participation and creativity. The event concluded with a Healthy Food Sharing, allowing everyone to enjoy nutritious snacks together and a closing message given by Ms. Farhana D. Casan, the new tutorial head.

The Nutrition Day celebration was a meaningful and enjoyable experience that strengthened the learners’ awareness of healthy living, teamwork, and the value of making nutritious food choices from an early age. It truly reflected Hidaya Tutorial Center’s commitment to nurturing healthy, happy, and well-rounded learners.
