The evaluation, completed through a thorough review of documentary requirements and an online documentary validation interview, assessed SFHSLII’s compliance with the standards and requirements of the Department of Education (DepEd). The recertification process determines the school’s eligibility to continue its participation in the ESC Program, which provides tuition assistance to qualified Junior High School students, and financial support to licensed teaching personnel through the Teachers' Salary Subsidy (TSS) Program.
During the evaluation, PEAC-DepEd evaluators examined the school’s major operational areas, such as curriculum alignment, instructional quality, student-support services, school facilities, learning environment, and administrative efficiency.
The success of the assessment was made possible through the unified efforts of the campus administrators, faculty, staff, and student leaders who worked together to gather files and documentation for full compliance.
"𝙒𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙬𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙧 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨. 𝙄𝙩 𝙩𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣," said Ms. Carlota Caño of the English Department.
School Principal Donald S. Bandoc also noted that the recertification serves as an opportunity of upgrading and further enhancing school policies and practices. “𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙪𝙞𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙣𝙤 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙨, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙖 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝,” he remarked.
The official assessment results are expected to be released by PEAC in the coming months. #
