Dr. Amiludin Masabpi, together with the Division Monitoring Team, paid a courtesy call to School Head Sir Mohamiden Tudon. An opening conference was held with all teachers and advisers to explain the headcount process, documentary requirements, and DepEd guidelines on learner tagging.

Physical Headcount per Classroom
The team, together with BCES teachers, conducted room-to-room validation. Each learner was physically counted and matched with the class register and SF1. Learners present, absent, and with irregular attendance were noted.

The Division Actual Headcount of Learners is an annual DepEd initiative to validate the accuracy of enrolment data and ensure that every learner is accounted for. For SY 2026-2027, the Schools Division of Maguindanao del Sur.

Sir Guellermo Rivero conducted the physical headcount at Barurao Central Elementary School. The activity aimed to reconcile LIS enrolment, SF1, class registers, and actual learners present to support data-driven planning and resource allocation.

HGSF implementers paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Allandatu M. Angas, Municipal Mayor of Sultan sa Barongis, Maguindanao del Sur. Present during the visit were MDS Nurse in Charge Djanson E. Du, RN, together with District Nurse Sittie Jane Mobina Antolin Maulana Tudon, RN.

Also in attendance were the School Heads of the two HGSF beneficiary schools: Sir Mohamiden Tudon from Barurao Central Elementary School (BCES) and Sir Nasser Salilama from Kulambog Elementary School.

The purpose of the visit was to present updates on HGSF implementation, ensure alignment with municipal health and nutrition programs, and seek continued support for the feeding beneficiaries.

๐™Ž๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™š ๐™…๐™–๐™ฃ๐™š ๐˜ผ๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™ค๐™ก๐™ž๐™ฃ ๐™ˆ๐™–๐™ช๐™ก๐™–๐™ฃ๐™–-๐™๐™ช๐™™๐™ค๐™ฃ, ๐™๐™‰ and under the supervision of the MDS Nurse-in-Charge ๐ƒ๐ฃ๐š๐ง๐ฌ๐จ๐ง ๐„. ๐ƒ๐ฎ, ๐‘๐ conducted a Food Safety, Quality & Nutrition Cascading for HGSF Target Schools. School implementers and feeding personnel were oriented on proper food handling, sanitation standards, portioning, and nutrition guidelines per DepEd & DOH protocols.

Goal: Ensure every meal served is safe, clean, and nutritionally adequate for our learners. Because quality feeding starts with quality practices.

The workshop was held at the Training Center of Sultan sa Barongis, Maguindanao del Sur. Present during the activity was the Education Focal Person, ๐‡๐š๐๐ฃ๐š.๐“๐š๐ซ๐š๐ก ๐‰๐š๐ง๐ž ๐€๐ฅ๐ข๐ฒ๐š๐ก ๐Œ. ๐”๐ญ๐š๐ฉ, who graced the event and extended full support to the HGSF implementers.It was also attended by the MNAO Sarah Angas Yasin.
