Family relationships can substantially affect mental health, behavior and even physical health. Numerous studies have shown that social relationships, particularly family relationships, can have both long- and short-term effects on one's mental health. With this, PMHA Cebu Chapter in partnership with United Nations Population Fund in the Philippines invites all parents to join our Webinar for Parents Session 2 on “Wired for Mental Health: Building Healthy Family Relationships” with Mrs. Gladys Ann C. Graham, RSW as our Resource Speaker. This session will be held on November 19, 2020 (THURSDAY) from 1:00PM-2:30PM via Zoom.

Free Webinar for the Youth | Session 3 ✨
Sexual Abuse is a significant problem. It can have adverse and long term effects on the individual if they were not provided with the appropriate intervention. Sexual Abuse can happen to anyone, male or female, young and old. All children and adults need to know that sexual abuse is a crime that often causes emotional and psychological effects to the victims. Individuals especially minors are at risk of abuse so it is very important that they are aware of the problem and they must be involved in the awareness and prevention. Adults and adolescents should know that help is available for those who seek it.
With this, PMHA Cebu Chapter and United Nations Population Fund in the Philippines would like to invite the youth to join our webinar about “What I Need to Know about Sexual Harassment: Protecting Myself from Abuse” this coming November 20, 2020 (FRIDAY) at 9AM-11AM via Zoom with Ms. Rosemarie C. Gonato, RPsy, MA as resource speaker.
