Grade 4–10 BSP and GSP Investiture
October 4, 2025

The Grade 4–10 Scout Investiture began exactly at 1:00 PM with the entrance of colors, followed by a prayer led by Scarlet Abias. Afterward, everyone sang the Lupang Hinirang and the beloved Hawks Hymn before the colors exited the area. Ma’am Ayen Buyayucan delivered an opening speech that warmly welcomed everyone, including the band, drums, lyres, and majorettes who performed and filled the place with excitement. Ma’am Olive Paulin then shared an inspiring message, reminding all Scouts to always be kind, helpful, faithful, and respectful.

A solemn candle lighting ceremony took place before the Scouts received their neckerchiefs. Three students — Jasper Bu-ucan, Shane Abiva, and Justin Greg Mendoza — lit the main candles, each representing the core values of Scouting. Afterward, every Scout received their own candle, symbolizing light, guidance, and service. The ceremony continued with the recitation of the Scout Rules and Promises: the Boy Scout Rules were led by Xian Jiro Ariola, followed by the Boy Scout Promise led by James Riley Clemente. Then, the Girl Scout Rules were led by Aadi Rhyme Aguirre, and the Girl Scout Promise was led by Princess Sharleene Castillo.

Everyone felt proud as the Scouts received their neckerchiefs from their parents and guardians, officially welcoming them into the Scouting family. After the ceremony, the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts were divided into four groups and proceeded to their assigned rooms to create their own yells and flags. Meanwhile, pairs from each group joined an exciting treasure hunting game around the school. The Girl Scouts’ treasure hunt was won by Group 3 – Patrol Rosas, while the Boy Scouts’ treasure hunt was won by Group 2 – Patrol Wolf Warriors. In the flag-making contest, Group 4 – Rosas won for the Girl Scouts, and Group 3 – Agila won for the Boy Scouts. For the yell performance, Group 2 – Lily took the win for the Girl Scouts, while Group 4 – Leon claimed victory for the Boy Scouts.

The event ended with laughter, cheers, and smiles — a day filled with teamwork, joy, and pride for all the Scouts.

Happy Teacher’s Day! 🎉 Today we celebrate our amazing teachers who give their all to guide us and help us learn.

This is the perfect time to say thank you for all your hard work and love. We appreciate you, teachers! ❤️

Today, we celebrate our beloved Buwan ng Wika at Hawks Prairie School! This celebration is not only to honor the Filipino language, but also to remind us of the importance of our culture and who we are as Filipinos. Through different activities, we can show our love for our language and pass it on to the next generations.

The event started off with the students of grade 4-6 entering our school, along with their delicious salo-salo foods. The first activity that they did was dance, where they all showed off their cute and amazing dancing skills.

After dancing, they played games such as paper tower and more. They played and enjoyed Paper Tower [A game where you stack papers] along with the grade 6 students, and they all impressed us with their incredible skill at a young age.

After a long hour of dancing, playing games, and having fun, they finally opened up the food that they bringed to school and had an amazing time eating their delicious traditional Filipino foods.

Finally, they had a singing competition where they all showcased their incredible singing talents. Their voices were really cute and graceful, leaving a smile on our face.

Today's event was amazing and spectacular! Not only is it fun, but also educational! Not only does it teach us and younger students on how to love our own language, but it also teaches us on how to love our own country and its tradition! Mabuhay!

Nutrition Month: Building a Healthier Future
08/02/25
NKP Preschool

Mabuhay Hawkserians!

But before the event started, sila muna ay nag dasal, at umawit nang national anthem.

The preschool students started to dance their own dance presentation, na sadyang nagpakitang gilas!

We hope that all of you enjoyed the event! Mabuhay Hawkserians!
